|Students and faculty want a single system||It would be good to know what faculty and students value in the current LMS they are using. This is good information for change management, i.e. to help people look towards potential gains rather than losses in the process (if they know what they value may be carried over into a new LMS).|
|An LMS generally works for our students but some tools do not work (including chat/ Email), others need to be improved (like help files)|
