The below instructions explain absolutely nothing. I am just playing with this tool.
1. Locate and hover over the Outlook icon in the bottom of the screen.
Once you have opened the tool, it should sit is the bottom bar. If you cannot find it there, please go to abcd for more information.

2. Once you hover on the Outlook icon, you will be able to see all of the items you current have open. Select the one you are looking for and click.
If you do not see the task you are looking for, go to Step 3 below.

3. If you do not see the item you are looking for, click the icon at the bottom of the screen.

4. Outlook should open and you should be able to do whatever you want to do from here.
